We have tried setting up mikrotik hotspot technology but we need to setup a better solution that address ease of customer use.
The present solution requires that we have hotspot manager who creates tickets for customers while customers can only access the hotspot with tickets generated by hotspot manager (a trained barista).
What to improve.
-We want to reduce the dependency on training a barista to be able to manage the hotspot.
-Take away the need for customers to meet hotspot manager for tickets before browsing. Save time.

- Bandwidth limitations (speed, download and upload)
- Access limitations per period (hours, minutes)
- Seamless connection and ease of use. More like self care hotspot where customers won’t have to ask for login tickets.
Customer steps
-Visit Our outlet, connect to our WiFi from list of available wifi.
-A splash page (customized with our brand) is displayed.
-Customer either register, login or click connect button (free 30mins trial).
Registration with email and password.
