send an email when a low voltage

Hello, Please advice how to set DUDE in sight to the decline of the voltage on the 12V devices Groove DUDE sent me an email that the voltage is low. Standard means there is 14V and when it drops to 12V it will mean that there is no electricity and Groove switched to battery.
