sending client's hotspot username and password over GSM ( with SMS )

hello dear friends
i would like to know that how can i send hotspot username and password to clients with SMS ?!
i want to get client’s cellphones number and then i send to them sms that it is included of username and password to connect to internet by hotspot.

i’m used this method with mikrotik ROS 6.32 and GSM modem huawei E220.
client request username and password can sending SMS to Mikrotik with command “request” or other.
then put phone-number in inbox with schedule each 1minute to find inbox keyword “request” after put phone number make using user with CLI.. sory i’m bad english and cannot give code/script cause using not smartphone.
