Sending COA for pppoe

Hello,
I am trying to send COA for changing the online user rate-limit for PPPOE, but i am getting the error “Unknown Extension”
here is my command

echo “User-Name=azeem,Acct-Session-Id=8140db61,Framed-IP-Address=115.xxx.xx.xxx” | radclient -x xxx.xxx.xx.x:3799 coa mikrotiksecret


Sending CoA-Request of id 86 to 115.117.45.4 port 3799
User-Name = “azeem”
Acct-Session-Id = “8140db61”
Framed-IP-Address = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
rad_recv: CoA-NAK packet from host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port 3799, id=86, length=42
Error-Cause = Unsupported-Extension
NAS-Identifier = “MikroTik”
NAS-IP-Address = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Please tell am i missing some attributes for sending coa for pppoe user.
Is there any other way to change the rate-limit of the online user.
