Sending sms from MT A via USB modem connected to MT B - ssh?

MT B can send sms - locally everything is ok.
I want to send sms from MT A which doesn’t have GSM card.

I thought:
MT A connects via ssh to MT B, but i’ve red that executing command on remote MT via ssh isn’t possible even using DSA keys…?

Second thought: using tool fetch, ftp and scheduler on both sides, but it isn’t “PRO” solution…
Any other sugestions?
