looking to see how much of the following i can do with a single mikrotik.
most importantly there will be two wifi networks, regular and guest. regular wifi users access internet using ISP1 and guest wifi users access internet using ISP2 (both ISP are copper rj45 cat5 to separate modems)
other desirable guest network differences from regular network:
=> limit download speed to 1 megabit per second
=> use different DNS servers
=> disable internet access based on time of day and day of week
