Serial AT Command for Script

Is there any way of sending an AT command from a script. For example I want to script these steps:
/system serial-terminal usb channel=1
ATZ

q

Directly from RouterOS it is not possible.

All i need is to send an AT!GRESET to a Sierra Wireless modem, sometimes it freezes.
