serial port packets

Hello
i have ups wich is connected to mikrotiks serial port.

if this devise will recevie packets from mikrotik it will work, if mikrotik will stop send packets via serial, ups will restart it.


how i can configure mikrotik so, to send packets via serial port in every ten minute?
