Serious compatibility problem - SXT G-5HPacD and NetBox 5

Hi,

I’m facing some serious compatibility problem with the SXT G-5HPacD. Problem remains unsolved in ROS 6.18 and 6.19.

I have an SXT Lite 5 (Station Bridge) connected and working flawlessly with the NetBox5 (AP Bridge).

This is what happens when the SXT G-5HPacD (Station Bridge) connects to the NetBox 5:

Pinging SXT Lite 5 (192.168.0.54) with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.0.54: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64
Reply from 192.168.0.54: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=64
Reply from 192.168.0.54: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64

***** When SXT G-5HPacD connects to NetBox5, SXT Lite 5 stops functioning**

Request timed out.

***** When SXT G-5HPacD disconnects from NetBox5, SXT Lite 5 resumes**

The problem is identical whether SXT Lite 5 & SXT G-5HPacD is set up as Station Bridge or Station WDS. It is also the same when I was using BaseBox 5 (before NetBox 5 arrive).

I’ve an Apple TV 3 connected to the NetBox 5 too and it faces the same problem as the SXT Lite 5 when SXT G-5HPacD connects to the NetBox 5.

I’ve sent multiple emails to support. Initially they replied asking me to try the 6.19RC but the problem is still not resolved even with 6.19 and now support is completely not replying to my email. I’m now left with no choice but to post here as I didn’t want to scare potential buyers but looks like support doesn’t appreciate my kind gesture.
