Serious RB532 interface crash?

We are testing several RB532s as CPEs, and already have a few installed. The problem that we are having is this: On each of the RB532s that we try running the “Snooper” tool on for an extended amount of time, after some time the RB532 will disable the wireless interface in question, and reset all of it’s settings such as frequency, SSID, band, and others. The board has to be rebooted, the interface re-enabled, and then reconfigured for it to work again. This is a huge issue for our installers. Only our installers have seen this happen so far(more than one installer has seen this happen, though) ,so I do not have a log file or report to send. We are using the Atheros CM9 cards. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Hitek

Hello,

There is a known bug in RC2. RC4 may have solved the bug – but probably not. RC4 will recover ‘gracefully’ by restarting the interface, keeping your config, and all will start working again.

Please send your supout file with config (before failutre) and after failure to support@mikrotik.com
