my office recently got a mikrotik routerOS and the winbox looks awfully strange to me right now.
i have a couple of problems and i seriously need assistance from you guy.
our mail service is synchronized to a microsoft exchange server. now, there are client machines i need to access ONLY the mail service. this means, removing access to internet and messengers. how do i do this ?
i can’t get my boss’ limewire to work any longer. it never connects !

Firs of all You will need to configure Your Router To have access to the internet and then make your router configuration to work as you want 
access to the internet works fine !
but what i need now is to make some client access only the exchange server for mail and block yahoo messenger.
in a nutshell, block every other thing except the exchange server access.
have a look under firewall filter sections
first create allow for your boss, then allow for other ports, then drop for everything else
use foward chain
