Server 2008 run as a service

Hi,

I have recently upgraded our server infrastructure to Windows Server 2008 R2 SP2. I have installed Dude successfully, though when selecting the option to run the server as a service, it does not install a service as on Server 2003. I am using the latest version of Dude. Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Thx in advance
Craig

Hi,

I resolved the issue. I forgot to mention that it was a 64bit Server 2008 installation.

When installing on a 64 bit platform. Server 2008 installs the Dude under c:\programs files (x86)\Dude. During the dude install, change the install folder to the standard c:\program files\Dude.

Problem solved
