server access to specified ip

hello masters,
I am facing a strange problem some time i saw a very heavy traffic on my server upto 90mbps . In mikrotik when i uses torch to check from where this traffic is comming their is some public ip which is creating this proble I want to have access to server to some specified ip ( xx.xx.xx.x/25) and for the other ip the traffic will be dropped

Sounds like you need to implement some bandwidth management. Without knowing your exact traffic patterns and needs, I wouldn’t know how to advise you on this, but the WIKI has some pretty decent examples that should get you started. Also search for a PCQ/QOS script.. there’s a few floating around out there.
