i think if you use other radius server like free radius your result is better.

mikrotik usermanager is GOOD but i think you need better radius server for 10000 users. usermanager for big scale is not recommended (because its not completed and stable yet)
But it is just my opinion.

i think you must be used 3rd party Radius Server.
Mikrotik User Manger is so good but not in Big Environment.
you have to need DMAsoftlab Radius Manger for better result & as per your customization.
