There are no official speed test servers in MT's style.
There used to be one hosted by @TomjNorthIdaho but it has been closed as it was overused.
You will also need to change device-mode to be able to run bandwidth test, based no your error above.
An easy way would be to test to a VPS or something that you can set up yourself. Public servers are few and far between, but you can find a few if you google it.

MT's Speed test works Mikrotik to Mikrotik.
Nope. But it does measure ping times with any host. You'll note the lack of download/upload speeds in the screenshots. /tool/speed-test both provides an opinionated MikroTik btest client (e.g. it runs several different /tool/bandwidth-test operations as part of one command, with some controls) and provide some functionality of the undocumented V6 /tool/ping-speed into one command.
MikroTik does make btest.exe for windows, so can use Windows as a server for /tool/speed-test.
And, I have a OSS TypeScript-bsed implemention in my centrs project that works on Linux/Mac (with bun installed), e.g. bunx @tikoci/centrs btest --help
I need to carry out the test directly from the antenna and not from a connected Windows client. in the past I remembered there was a server that allowed such tests to be carried out. There was also a mikrotik server that did this, now closed.

There never was an official MikroTik bandwidth-server. There was only community ones. I have not used it but @infabo points to this as the latest:
No matter what, MT's speed-test is Mikrotik thing and needs Mikrotik based tools/devices to work.
Maybe someone (or suggest Mikrotik) can make a container and download the Oorkla cli for aarch64.
Shouldn't be so difficult to accomplish. Don't know what device OP is using.

@wallnasone: As a rule of thumb, you should always test throughput from a directly connected computer behind the router, not from the router itself. This also applies to point-to-point tests.
The reason is that the RouterOS speed-test function uses CPU resources and can affect the result, especially on devices with weaker CPUs.
If you just want a quick speed test without ads, use Google’s built-in speed test. It has test servers around the world. Just Google “google speed test”.
