Server suddenly shutdown till i reinstall a new software

We have a weird problem all of a sudden or CCR and sometimes RB912 stop and they don’t work till we change the software via netinstall the problem is occurring repleatedly and for more than one server we monitor the logs nothing weird also we are monitoring the voltage and it is good
Can this be an attack or virus or something like this and what we can do to stop it
any other people had the problem before ?

What do you mean “they do not work”?
Can you login? Can you display configuration? Please explain it with more details.

the rb cant boot after that, it automatically and continuously rebooting and i cant even access it till i reset it or sometime need a new software

Are you able to send logs to remote server to check what is going just before reboots?

Have you changed your admin password after netinstall to some fresh-new one?
Maybe someone is hacking your devices?

i already change it for sure and closed all the ports and changed the winbox port but there is an attack because the cpu become 100% before it shut down
