Hi,
I bought the wAP60G kit from amazon to connect my living house with my office cabine. Setup seemed to work flawlessness and with zero configuration. But I encounter some strange problems with certain web pages, like amazon.de, spiegel.de and most important to me, the atlassian-servers. Most web pages, including this one, work without any problem, but some can’t be connected from my cabin, but they all work from the computers in the main house.
Connection to the internet is done via a FritzBox cable, if that is of any concern. I haven’t done any configuration on the both MikroTik devices yet beside updating them to the latest firmware now, but this didn’t fix the problem. I’m uncertain, how to analyze this problem, as there seems to be a lot of setup work to be done to be able to run any analysis on the devices in the first place. Even updating worked manually only, as the two devices don’t exist in the local network themselves.
So, where do I start now?
