Why is this service so bad!

  1. They take a long time to answer!
  2. Formal answer!

Support doesn’t provide networking training or configuration services, and creating duplicate, triplicate tickets only bogs down the response times. In this case, the queries are more appropriate for consultants, hence the given response.

I checked your ticket. There is no bug report, just asking for somebody to check their network. MikroTIk does not offer such services.

amaranthvanni, you disclose answers from Mikrotik support. Show your inquiry as well. For the sake of transparency.

Why are you complaining here instead of simply asking for assistance, like normal people do??
