Set different connection speed for each direction of link?

I have a point to point link.
There is bettter CCQ in one direction than the other.
I know I can set the max wireless speed for the link (ex. 36mbps).
However I want to set different speeds for each direction.
The RX has great CCQ at 48mbps but the TX isn’t good until 36mbps. Sometimes it will auto-negotiate to this asymetric speed but sometimes it goes back to 48/48 and then the connection has problems again. I want to force it to stay at 48/36. Is this possible?

If you talking about the TX/RX Rate.
The only thing u can do is, find the clean channel and apply it.
