A little backstory.
I am fairly new to MikroTik, bought two for home use since I really liked the one I have at work and decided to start using it as my main router.
I have a hEX S as my main router and a hAP ac lite TC as an access point.
I managed to configure the hEX S as my main router, however I can’t connect to my access point. I tried with direct wire connection and get an IP from the device (192.168.88.1), but doesn’t work.
Only way it works is if I connect it directly to the router, which then the Wi-Fi works but only the 2GHz band and the 5GHz shows up in CAPsMAN.
Winbox shows me that it can see the access point but I can’t connect to it.
Any help on what to do? Can I manage the connection through the main router?
