Setting Burstable Speed

Hi All!

Having a little problem setting the burst speed for my HotSpot. I know this is simple so just need a little help.

The documentation shows this as an example:

Rate limitation in form of rx-rate[/tx-rate] [rx-burst-rate[/tx-burst-rate] [rx-burst-threshold[/tx-burst-threshold] [rx-burst-time[/tx-burst-time] [priority] [rx-rate-min[/tx-rate-min]]]]

But, when I put that into the “rate-limit” box in Winbox it tells me it’s invalid, and yes I replaced it with actual numbers.

I’m trying to set a speed of 768k/768k and a burst speed of 1MB/1MB for 5 seconds. Can someone tell me how to enter this properly?

that should do it.

(if rx=tx, tx could be omitted)

Yep. I kept in the format I did because that is more clear. Just to follow the way his quote from the documentation was formatted.
