Setting internet bandwidth limitation on CRS125-24G-1S-RM

Hi. Im facing issue on setting internet bandwidth limitation on my router. CRS125-24G-1S-RM
Ive check most of the methods which i can find but none of it seems to work. Can someone help me to setup the bandwidth limitation? My router settings is in default. Thanks in advance.

/queue simple
add max-limit=2M/5M name=Test target=192.168.88.0/24

here is an example, apply this to your router, you limit all your LAN client to have 5Mbps download and 2Mbps upload.
