Setting up WFS on a router network -how to?

I have a LAN spanning two buildings that I want to connect together using Windows File sharing.

NETWORK SETUP:

Basically, two routers talk to the main router which has the internet connection.

The internet connection is through a RB433AH on the first building. An ethernet connection goes to a DLink EBR-2310 router with two computers.
A transparent wireless link from the 433AH goes to the second building (Through a RB411) to a DLink WBR-2310 with two computers connected by ethernet and a network printer.

RB433AH IP: 192.168.200.1/24
EBR-2310 IP: 192.168.0.1/24
WBR-2310 IP: 192.168.1.1/24

right now, neither DLink can see each other. I think the first step involves the RB433AH (Maybe the firewall?)

What do I have to do to get the two to start talking? I am rather new at building networks, so I don’t have a very good idea on what to do.

Thanks!

bump Anyone? I would really like to figure this out…

if you want working ‘Network Neighbourhood’ - all computers should have the same subnet: it uses broadcast packets for work…
