hello, this is my first post so sorry if I do sth wrong.
I have settings exported from routerBoard750GL and need to know will they work on RB750G. I know that they can be imported but need to be sure before I do anything.

restoring a backup should work w/o any issue. the two routers are almost the same,
same number of ports, same structure switch structure, but to
be on the safe side, use the same ROS version on the old and the new router
when backing up and restoring.
what method did you use to save the settings? “/system backup save” or “/export”
using /export do not save user password and certificate information (if there’s any),
but as it is cleartext, the contents can be edited before it is loaded in the device.
Use export - import instead backups. It is more safe and with no risk.
