Setup Queue in interface for server on a Mikrotik

HI
Is it possible to limit a bandwidth on a Mikrotik as bridge?
I have 3interface on local-bridge, in local-bridge are ether1=wan, ether2=server1, ether3=server2.
All this interfaces have public IP,
ether1=wan= 200.31.28.12
ether2=server1= 200.31.28.13
ether3=server2= 200.31.28.14
All my bandwidth is 6 mb, but i want to create a Queues only for ether3=server2= 200.31.28.14
I must create a Queues for this Server2 to limit trafic for this public IP 20.31.28.14.
I have problem because this server is share server on internet, and create problem with my all bandwidth.

I want to use Public IP for my server.
I have problem with MANGLE in firewall

You can use a public IP and you don’t need to setup mangle rules for simple queues.
