I encounter this weird problem on one of our cpe installations, ethernet cable is at 40m lenght.

Any Ideas? I solve this by cutting cable by 10 meters. (usually we can use 90 meter cables with poe witout any problem)
Measure the voltage at the cpe while the cpu is high (do a big download or something) and see if it is dropping a lot of voltage over the 40m cable.
