SFP connection between a Mikrotik router and a switch

I want to connect using SFP ports a cloud core router CCR1036-12G-4S with a cloud switch CRS125-24G-1S, will this cable (http://routerboard.com/SplusDA0001) (model : S+DA0001) work for such a connection ?
