SFP Issues HEX S (2025) ROS v7.19+

I'm experiencing SFP interface dropout issues when using any version above v7.19. What happens is this: when we handle high upload traffic, typically above 100Mbps, the interface simply drops and then reconnects, as if the SFP module had been removed and reconnected. We've tested with various models/brands, including RJ45 SFP modules, and the same problem occurs. This problem doesn't happen with version v7.18.2. With older HEX S modules using version 7.20.4, the problem does not occur.

It appears the problem occurs after this change in the changelog.

Additionally, I tried several configuration options, such as a fixed link speed without negotiation, all without success. It stops recognizing the SFP module for a few moments (2 seconds) and then returns to normal.
