SFP link ok but not data transfer

Hello,

I have two crs212-1g-10s-1s+in connected with a pair of Mikrotik SFP modules S-35LC20D + S-53LC20D and a LC/LC 9/125 patch coord of 2 meters.

Both units have RouterOS 6.35.1 with default configuration, except for the management ip addres and the sfp ports autonegotiation (disabled): http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/ccr1036-8g-2s-sfp-problems/72604/1

The SFP modules are detected and with link ok:

But there isn’t any communication between the 2 devices. I can’t ping one unit from each other. And in Neighbours I can’t see the other unit. :frowning:

Please any help will be appreciated.

I’ve tried with another pair of the same model SFP modules and with another patch coord with the same results.

It seems something wrong with the hardware. Better to call the custom support.
