I would expect them to be, MikroTik boxes aren’t fussy about their optics. I use generic 10GBASE-SR SFP+ modules from the FiberStore (https://www.fs.com/de-en/products/11552.html) and they work fine.

So i will go either with the Amazon ones or the oney you linked probably
