As subject, purchased 2 SFP modules from mikrotik distributor, neither work in 2011UAS-RM using 5.23 and 6.0rc9, but they are detected in our CCR1036-12G-4S, from the CCR:
[admin@MikroTik] > /interface ethernet monitor sfp3
name: sfp3
status: link-ok
auto-negotiation: disabled
rate: 1Gbps
full-duplex: yes
sfp-module-present: yes
sfp-rx-lose: no
sfp-tx-fault: no
sfp-connector-type: LC
sfp-link-length-50um: 550m
sfp-link-length-62um: 270m
sfp-vendor-name: OEM
sfp-vendor-part-number: GLC-SX-MM-C
sfp-vendor-revision: A1
sfp-vendor-serial: TC1412180046
sfp-manufacturing-date: 12-12-18
sfp-wavelength: 850nm
Also tried another sfp module which also works in CCR but not in 2011UAS-RM
sfp-vendor-name: EDIMAX
sfp-vendor-part-number: MG-1000AMA
sfp-vendor-revision: 0000
sfp-vendor-serial: C416011856
How do I get these working?
I would think you should work this through your distributor. They should be selling and supporting compatible modules if they are selling both RouterBoards and SFPs.

Deleted because not related.
Turns out these modules work fine, the problem was auto negotiation on the CCR defaults to off and needed to be turned on (thanks Chaos @ linitx).

This has been acknowledged by MT as something that will be fixed in the next release.

Hi!
The same with 35LC20D and 53LC20D pair.
I tested with an RJ45 SFP and port works. So I think is about firm/soft issue
On RB3011 I can se module present, led on and how version an tx/rx power
On Rb2011 unable to see nothing

Your 2011 might actually be too old.
I had a really old 2011 at a time that didn’t take my SFP’s. Support said that there was some revisions of the board, and that the really old ones didnt work correctly with some or all SFP’s.
