Hi all so I’ve been doing reading that mikrotik has enabled the view of stats such as signal , power , distance, wavelength etc via the router.
I do these tests with a proper TDR and fibre modules
So I learned recently this requires sfp to have extended diagnostics called ddmi
Please confirm this ?
Also I read that it is enabled on CCR
I have a RB2011. But… The stats section under the sfp interface show nothing
Can we confirm that it works on the rb2011 ?
If no will it ever work on rb2011 or will it only work on future revisions of hardware ?
Please explain, I could find good value if the rb2011 can do this it will give me the ability to do testing for our contractors as a quick tester
P.S staf I would love to see a screenshot or eg of it
