SFP1 port with GPON STICK LL-XS2510 unable to comunicate via PPPoE

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone faced issue when GPON module successfully establish a connection link with OLT, but when trying to make a PPPoE connection it fails, without sending any PADO packets back. I am trying to replace my ISP hardware with Mikrotik HeX S + SFP1 GPON module LL-XS2510. Any thoughts ?

Forgot to mention what I did not modify SN or MAC of GPON as it was registered successfully by OLT.
