Is the SFPONU Module serial number composed of 16 hexadecimal (0123456789ABCDEF) digits or does it have a different format?
The reason I ask is because the ISP requires the EEPROM SN format to be in 16 Hexadecimal Digits
OLT should see sn from our GPON onu module similar as this one: MKTK0C13DBA4
Is there any way to change it?
And is the SN that authenticates with the OLT written on the box or module if not how do I find it?

It is not possible to change it.

That value is not at the moment printed anywhere on module. You have to do look up of ONT from OLT side. AFAIK most of OLTs should have this option.
If I give you the Product No can you give me the specific SN of that GPON SFP Module? (AKA do you have a database with that kind of info)
I have the same problem with OLT.
Official answer is:
Hello,
I’ll check with engineers and let you know if it’s possible to rewrite gpon
side sn without dev tools.

I think it is an oversight on Mikrotik’s part not to have any way of reading the SN or changing it, I spent a lot of time and money to have the GPON connection go straight to my equipment and throw away the ISP crap but because of this oversight it is not possible.
@ToTheCLI So you want to change your ISPs ONTs on your side, which is why you need the GPON sn?
Yes exactly
