Share available bandwidth among "X" clients equally

Hi

I´m new to mikrotik and advanced network setups.
I hope that someone could help me out a little. It would be very much appreciated

I bought the SXT Sixpack kit (http://routerboard.com/RBSXTKit)

We are 4 neighbors going to share on a 10/10mbit internet connection. I have been able to setup it up correctly and have a link between the basestation and the clients.

I wanna set it up so that if for an example only 2 clients are using internet they will share equally on 10mbit, but if CLIENT_1 only using 2mbit, CLIENT_2 will bee able to use 8mbit.
So all 4 clients will be guaranteed 2,5mbit, if it exist free bandwidth they will be able to use up to 10mbit.

I hope this made sense. I have Attached my setup With Queue my existing Queue that is not working as it should. In this attachment we are onlu 2 klients that is Connected the last two is going to Connect when everything is working and hopefully more customers to come.

I tought so. The problem is that i cant wrap my head around how to set it up. Have tried Reading wiki and forum but still cant figure it out.

The PCC setting allows you to split connections up. Set the action of the PCC rule to mark routing. The routing mark allows you to make a route that any traffic with that mark will see whereas anything without that mark will ignore routes with marks. The routing mark is basically a routing table.

Does that help any?

I would so much like to say yes, but sadly it didnt tell me much.
Maybe if any one already have done this in some way can post some screenshot of the setup i would understand more.

I think this is the info you need:

Ok think im getting there. Much simpler than i tought if this is correct, see screenshot.
But where can i set the lowest guaranteed limit?(2,5M)(4 “customers”)
