Share Winbox addresses book with other Team members

Hi,

We are a team of 5 ITs and I need to share our addresses book. At the moment, each time we have a new Mikrotik installed, everyone need to add the new devices in their Winbox but of course some of them are not doing it or they are not using the right name. How do you guys handle that ?

I use DropBox for both addresses.cdb as well as the Winbox sessions folder.

I use dropbox for syncing address book and session folder at home and office

You can use some file share server in LAN, like Samba and NFS. Also you should use symbolic link.

But if I use Smb, dropbox or anything like that, what happen if two person save a new site at the same time ? Drobox will generate a conflit file which is not good but what about smb?
