Shared bandwidth packages configuration

Hello

Please advise how to create shared bandwidth packages for customers.
Say I have 4 customers in the shared service offering 1Mbps with burst upto 4Mbps.
The package will have 4Mbps in total since each customer has been guaranteed only 1Mbps therefore 1Mbps x 4 customers = 4Mbps
The idea is, if all 4 users are active each gets 1Mbps, if only two users are active each gets 2Mbps and so forth.
Also when I add a new user to the package, the total bandwidth of the package should get increased from 4Mbps to 5Mbps to accommodate the 1Mbps of the new user.

What? Check PM or set bandwidth restrictions? PM was only enabled for a short time long ago. And after two years I cannot remember what I’ve sent to the OP using PM.
