Shared Bandwidth plan in mikrotik

Dear All

I wish to have shared bandwidth plan on my network e.g.

10Mbps
192.168.121.100 1mbps
192.168.121.101 1mbps
192.168.121.102 1mbps
192.168.121.103 1mbps
192.168.121.104 1mbps
192.168.121.105 1mbps
192.168.121.106 1mbps
192.168.121.107 1mbps
192.168.121.108 1mbps

6Mbps
192.168.121.200 2mbps
192.168.121.201 2mbps
192.168.121.202 2mbps

If some users under each group are not online other group members should be able to take their bandwidth

You may want PCQ queueing.

Specifically look at PCQ rate = 0 where you see the available bandwidth in the queue is evenly split by the connections. I can’t remember how this works if 1 IP makes multiple connections, but it should do what you want.
