Shared file server limit bandwith

Hay,
Am using MT 3.13 with hotspot and everything working fine, I add another computer (Windows based) to share files to any one in my network and I gave everyone the ip of these computer(ex. 10.0.0.55)
But i wonder if there is any way that I can limit the bandwidth for clients not exceed 5gb Dailey from these file share server .
Meaning that each user can copy files from file share server 5gb/dailey

How i can make that working?

are the computers on the same network ID?

Yes
All clients in same network
My server ip 10.0.0.1
My subnetmask 255.255.254.0
All clientip 10.0.0.x
I use Hotspot
