I have a big problem, Please help me to get rid of it.
I use MikroTik RB1100, and there are 10 active Ethernet with 200 users. our network bandwidth is 11 MB.
In the worst case, the number of online users are about 70 users. 4 users must have a good internet speed but the others could have a normal internet speed between 3 level (level1= slow level2=medium level3= fast).
i want to create 4 user profiles and share the bandwidth through these 4 profiles between all users.
the question is how to i share bandwidth between users with observe above conditions?
the rate limit of RX and TX should be assign in what range for these 5 profile?
