Short link WIFI hardware ?

I need a fast WiFi bridge of 100-120meters
should I install RB711G-5HnD: & StationBox® Mikro with 5GHz 15dBi MiMo
Or
SXT G 5HnD
or
Routerboards RB411 & R52nM with 12dbi dual polarization antenna

Any advice would be great as I am trying to get the fastest link.
