Should i use a different mac address for each virtual ap ( ssid ) on the same radio ? Or doesn’t matter and the mac address belong to the radio ?

You shoul use different MAC for each virtual AP.

After device associates to AP, it communicates with it using AP’s MAC. If multiple virtual APs share same MAC, then AP can not easily process incomming traffic. Even first step (decryption of received frames) can fail if different VAPs use different security profiles. And the list of problems continues …
