Should static DHCP devices be passed through to next device?

I’ve recently set up my RB2011 with a number of static DHCP addresses. There are a couple of units that are wired, are on all the time, and could be considered general purpose computers (as opposed to something like a Squeezebox Radio.) I re-purposed my older router with Tomato firmware as a wireless AP. It has one incoming wired connection, and has only wireless devices attached to it.

I’m seeing these static, wired devices show up as br0 devices on the remote wireless AP, which I understand is the bridge between the incoming world and the NAT’d network. I’m thinking that there’s nothing wrong, because the devices are showing up on the bridge, which is at the same point on the network as the other devices.

If I’m out in space here, have I done something wrong? Should the RB2011 not be passing this information down the line, or is this just the way networking is? It doesn’t seem to be affecting anything, but I want to make sure there are no security holes.

The two attachments show the RB2011’s static DHCP page, and the wireless with the br0 stuff.
