Show ip bgp x.x.x.x - What is the equivalent command in RouterOS?

Hello

May I know -
To query the BGP-AS-Path, I only get this - (e.g.) “ip route print detail where dst-address in a.b.c.d/24”
However, if I do not know the prefix length, what is the equivalent command for “show ip bgp a.b.c.d” ?

Thank you very much for your kind attention.

Regards
George

That’s a darned-good question.
I would like to see the answer myself.
AFAIK - everything shows up as routes, even the inactive BGP paths.

For a complicated route table, it would be nice to have the equivalent of
“show ip route” and “show ip bgp”

As i know, now it is not possible fast and comfort like cisco.

You can try:

ip route print detail where 8.8.8.8 in dst-address

It is very veeeeeeeery slow searching mode, especially when you have 1 more FullView BGP table.

Fast mode is:

ip route print detail where dst-address=8.0.0.0/8

But you neet to know your accurate prefix - ip with mask.

I dont know, why RouterOs didnt support command show ip bgp 8.8.8.8 fast and informed like a cisco. :frowning:
Hope the developers is make this feature: Searching BGP information with know only single ip.
Anyone know how to convince developers to make this feature? I and others realy need this feature!!!

Im working with CCR1036-8G-2S+ whith 3 FullView routes and 100-200kpps 1gbit. It’s work fine.

No one knows - Normis once resisted torture for 19 days and did not submit to the demand for IGMP snooping.
He laughs about it to this day. (amateurs! they think they know what pain is!)
