Shows red if CPU is above 40% on The Dude

Good day,

I hope there is someone that can help me?
On our Dude I want to be able to see on all our main Routerboards if the CPU is above 25% but below 40% to show in orange and if the CPU is above 40% to show in red on Dude? I got it right to change orange but not to red if it is above 40%.
Is there also a way for the Routerboard to send a email to our NOC if that Routerboards go above 40%?

I got the email sorted out over time but I still cant seem to get it right to show my devices on our network to show from orange on 25%> and red on 40%>.
But I cant seem to find find the answer on that one.
