shutdown by watchdog timer

Hi all,

I own an RB-532 powered over PoE with 18V that apparently is going through some hard times. After upgrading to MTv2.9.14 the system keeps on crashing and rebooting several times in a day.

I have been trying to keep a remote log to figure out what has been causing the crashes without any success. The only clue I have are the echo log messages printed out when I log on via telnet onto the RB.

In specific the messages I get for a repeated number of times is:

jan/01/2000 00:00 17 system, error, critical router was rebooted without proper shutdown by watchdog timer

How can I figure out what is happening?

please write to support and we will send you a fix package, or wait until 2.9.15 is released and then redownload netinstall and install 2.9.15 with the new netinstall

I have the same problem but the RouterOs is 2.9.38.
It was working properly until 2 days ago.
Any idea ?!?!?!?!
