How to shutdown the mac address telnet?
We want to hidden the RouterOS.
Do you mean you want to deny access mikrotik via telnet?
If yes, you can go to tools mac server and in the telnet interfaces limit the access to certain interfaces!

In / IP service disable telnet !
if you want to alter mac-telnet, go to
/tool mac-server
and configure it as you like.

It won’t disable mac-telnet, it just stops autodiscovery, and you can still connect if you know mac-address. as Janis said, you will need to disable unnecessary interfaces in MAC Server
