I am testing miniPCIe Sierra Wireless MC8705 and I can’t get HSPA+ with 21 Mbps, only 12 Mbps. With the Sierra MC8705 connected in my laptop, in the same place speed is correct (20 Mbps)
I tested with Basebox2 (http://routerboard.com/RB912UAG-2HPnD-OUT) and RB953GS5HNT, and RouterOS version 6.27 and 6.28.
I also tested for the sierra card both possible configurations
/interface lte
and the old style ppp connection for this card with the command
/port firmware set ignore-directip-modem=yes
/interface ppp-client
With both configurations I have low speed in download, even less with /interface lte
We also upgraded to the newest Sierra firmware for MC8705, FW T3.5.6.7
Anyone got HSPA+ 21 Mbps download connection?
Any known issues?
Any special configuration?
