Got this card. And it seems that it slows down the board.
I found a post that stated that this could be solved by upgrading
the MC9790s firmware.
Is anybody able to confirm that.
Any idea how to update that firmware? I have noch PC with miniPCIe

you can not success unless update .
but you need PC or Laptop with mini PCI expres slots. You will upgrade on it.

Just looked around and found the Lifebook S7220.
Hey Guys, theres a MC8790 inside, too.
Look to the support section from Fujitsu and the Lifebook S7220.
Put the MC8790 into an mPCIe Slot (any Notebook with that slot oder an USB Adapter).
Download the Drivers and Update and install it.
I Updateted 3 card with that, perfectly.
