Sign Up User and Editing HTML User Manager

I use Mikrotik 2.9.44 level 6 for hotspot gw and user manager.
I have some question, maybe someone can help me.

The question:

  1. I want make our hotspot users must be sign up to be hotspot member, but i dont want to make any charge for the users. So i dont want to use payment method. Can i do that with mikrotik user manager?
  2. Can I modify the user manager html?

I have followed the step by step user signup configuration in mikrotik wiki.
But the problem is I want, my user must be signup to be hotspot user, but i dont want to charge them. In mikrotik user manager for signup configuration, the subcriber must be have one payment method enable and configure. How can i make the user can signup but they dont need to make any payment?

i do not want to bill the users. i would like them to create the sign up and login to use the hotspot service with the password created during sign up. how do i go about this
